Roof

4 Point Truss panel offset bug fixed.
Added Gutter configuration option for Gable Roof
Review of Gutter configuration option. You now have ability to add custom sections into gutter configuration area. This can be used to make special trusses for hip roofs
Bug fix when fascia is enabled but set to zero.
