Missing Dialogue box

   Hi All, Normally when I open Framebuilder-MRD I had two dialogue boxes appear. One being the main information one e.g. Draw, Materials weight of element and total meterage of element. I still have this appearing. 

The second dialogue box allowed you to edit element in a wall/floor without affection structural of the element. e.g. removing a nogging from a lateral bracing. It is this box that I am missing and was asking how to get it back.
